We have a 30-day return policy, which means that unsuitable items must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
We allow all Christmas gifts bought after the 18th of November to be exchanged until the 14th of January. Click here to read more.
1.1 How do I know if I can return my product?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original product packaging (dust bags, gift box etc). You are responsible for packing the item(s) responsible so they arrive safely. You will also need to attach a note with your order number in the package. The product(s) has to be purchased at www.bondep.com, products bought here can not be exchanged at our retailers. Products purchased at our retailers can not be exchanged or returned on bondep.com.
1.2 How do I return a product?
Go to https://www.bondep.com/pages/return-form to begin your return. Fill out the form with the necessary information and choose the category that applies to you. When the information is submitted, use the shipping label received with your package and attach it on your safely packed return. Please note that unsuitable items must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Items that arrive with us outside this window will be shipped back to you.

1.3 Damages and issues
If something was wrong with your order, visit https://www.bondep.com/pages/return-form and choose category “claim/other”. Fill out the necessary information and upload a picture of the item/package. We will then contact you by e-mail with further guiding.
I.4 Non-returnable items
Certain types of items can not be returned, such as personalized items, sale items or unused gift cards.
Please visit https://www.bondep.com/pages/return-form if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must place a new order and return your product. Please see I.II for how to return a product. Products purchased at www.bondep.com can not be exchanged or returned in stores.
You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. When we have accepted your return and done a successfully refund through your original payment method, you wil be notified by e-mail. Please keep in mind it may take some business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
1.7 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
