A note with your order number must be sent together with your return.

Unsuitable items must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.

Use the prepaid shipping label to proceed with the order.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

The returned item must be sent in it´s original package

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, extracted the original shipping cost.

Please note that Customized by Bon Dep products are not accepted for returns.
