PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, UnionPay, and Shop Pay. 

If you are ordering from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom, all duties and taxes are included in the price. Your order will arrive with no additional charges.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

EU (including Norway): All orders are shipped with DHL and then handed over to your local postal service for final delivery. As a result, you may receive two different tracking emails for your shipment.

Outside the EU: All orders are shipped with DHL from dispatch to delivery.

We offer flat rate shipping to all the countries we deliver to. Orders over a certain amount automatically qualify for free shipping. For full details on shipping rates, please see our Shipping Policy.

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few exceptions where we’re currently unable to deliver. You can find the full list of countries we don’t ship to here.

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you live outside the EU, please allow up to 10 business days due to customs and shipping conditions. You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. Please contact us at shop@bondep.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your order. We aim to process orders quickly and can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made in time.

When you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, before contacting us at shop@bondep.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you want to return items from your order, please click here.

You will need your order number to proceed with a return. You can find this on the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail or on the note in your package. Please note that we only accept returns on products purchased on bondep.com. We refund to the original method for payment only. Customized items cannot be returned.

If there is a mistake in your order, please contact us at shop@bondep.com with your concern and we’ll help you out.

We’re sorry to hear this! Please send a photo of the issue to at shop@bondep.com along with your order number. We’ll look at it right away and arrange the best solution for you, usually a refund.

If you purchased Bon Dep or EMILIA through one of our retailers, any complaints or claims should be handled directly with the retailer where the purchase was made.

CUSTOMIZED

No, as this is a personal product it is not possible to return or exchange a Customized product.

You will have to except some minor differences as colors on screen is slightly different from real life. Take a look at our Instagram for examples.
