All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification from us when your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 14 days for personalized orders to be shipped, and possible delays due to high demand.

What countries does Bon Dep ship to?
We currently ship to all European Union countries, Norway, United Kingdom and USA.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customs and duties are included in all orders from European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat rate shipping to all countries we ship to. All our shipments are done by DHL. You will receive a link with trackingnumber in an email when your items has been shipped.
We also offer free shipping on purchases above a certain volume. Please see table below together with estimated shipping time.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a trackingnumber. Check the trackingnumber to see the status of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
